Returns Policy:
If you want to return or exchange an unwanted item, you can within 14 days of receiving them with a valid receipt. This excludes items such as jewelery for piercings which are non refundable.
You can arrange to return the item/s to us but please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please note that any item that needs to be returned should be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition otherwise a full refund will not be given.
Once we have received your item back, we will process the returned item and make a payment back to the credit or debit card you originally paid with. Please not this may take up to 5 working days.
You may return items to the shop Equicraft of Backwell LTD.With the same rights as above.
Delivery Policy:
Delivery is Monday to Friday only.
All goods, where in stock, will be dispatched within 2-5 working days. Next day delivery is available on request and at an additional charge.
Goods Damaged in Transit -
If your goods have been damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 3 days of receiving the product. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery stating the damage. Once you have contacted us we will be able to advise you on the next course of action that will get your goods to you as soon as possible.

By ordering from this website, you are indicating that you agree to our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected). All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as quickly as possible if an item you orderd is out of stock and give you an estimated date for delivery. The order you place will be cancelled automaticly if this is the case. If only part of your order is out of stock then we will inform you the same. And items not in stock will be refunded with in 5 working days. Delivery costs will be calculated by size and weight of items.
Price Changes
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.
